1. Shipping Information
All orders are processed and shipped within 10 – 14 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and distance from the Western Cape. In some cases, shipping may take longer due to courier delays or regional factors.
We will communicate any significant delays or updates regarding your order directly via email.

- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays
- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, including NSFW toys and games, we maintain a strict no returns and no refunds policy once an item has been delivered.
Why This Policy Exists
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or delivered products.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist you, we may require:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or alternative resolution is appropriate.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
